Call 1 was made 50 minutes into the massacre at 5.59pm (some reports say 6.00pm) and lasted just over 30 seconds.
The audio with English subtitles
Call 2 was made at 6.28pm, about half an hour after Call 1. The audio was not released, only the transcript:
Note: I could only find the transcript in a Norwegian site, the translated version is as follows, so it might not be 100% accurate.
Police: Emergency police.

Breivik: Okay, just find out what you should and will call you on the phone here, not true.
Police: Hm, but the phone ..?
Breivik: Great, hi.
Police: I do not have that phone number! Hello! "
Note: At 5.38pm the Norwegian central counter-terrorist unit was dispatched to Utøya from their headquarters in Oslo. However they did not have a helicopter available that could take them straight to the island, therefore they had to reach the location by road. They reached the ferry crossing at 6.09pm, but had to wait for a boat to take them across. They finally reached Utøya at 6.25pm. When confronted, Breivik hesitated for a while, but upon hearing an officer yelling "surrender or be shot" he decided to lay down his weapons. He made the second call just before he surrendered.
