During a melee in the closing stages of the Real Madrid-Barcelona clash in the Supercopa, Mourinho either pulled/pinched an ear / tried to gouge Vilanova's eye after a bad foul by Marcelo Vieira on Barcelona's Cesc Fabregas.
Barcelona won the match 3-2 and 5-4 on aggregate. It was yet another masterclass from Lionel Messi who scored twice and assisted the opener for Andres Iniesta.
